We’re based in Rockville and run crews 7 days a week, 7 AM to 9 PM. Same-day and next-day moves depend on which crews are free, so the fastest way to find out is to call (800) 657-6959 and tell us what you’re moving, from where and to where. The earlier in the day you call, the better your chances.
Last-minute moves are billed exactly like any other: an hourly rate for a 2- or 3-mover crew, plus a one-time 1-hour arrival fee for the truck and travel. The total is calculated after unloading.

Example
A 2-mover crew works 3 hours from arrival to the end of unloading. You pay 3 hours of crew time + the 1-hour arrival fee = 4 billable hours at your crew’s hourly rate.
Because the total depends on the time actually worked, we don’t give fixed prices in advance. What we do give you up front is the hourly rate for your crew, so you can plan.
How our pricing worksYou choose a 2-mover or a 3-mover crew. Each has its own hourly rate, and you only pay for the time the crew actually works.
One hour added once per move. It covers the truck and the crew’s drive from our office to your address and back to the office afterwards.
The clock starts when the crew arrives at your job and stops when the last item is unloaded. That’s when your total is calculated — together, on the spot.
No fuel surcharges and no stair fees. Pads, shrink-wrap and furniture disassembly are part of the job.
On a same-day move, every minute of prep you do saves billable time once the crew arrives.

Get loose items into boxes or bins. Bags, open boxes and loose items slow the crew down. Short on boxes? Tell us when you call.
Move things out of hallways and doorways so the crew can carry furniture straight out.
If you’re in an apartment, ask the front desk right away about the elevator and where the truck can park today.
We disassemble and reassemble standard furniture as part of the job — no need to rush it yourself.
Make sure you can get into the new place when the truck arrives, or plan for storage in between.
Small jobs are welcome. If you only have a few items, choose “A few items only” on the contact form or mention it when you call — a 2-mover crew is usually all you need.
